    Box Office Hours

    Expo Americas box office is located on the lower level of Union Station during regular box office hours. You will be able to pick up tickets from the box office until Friday September 14that 8pm. After that you may pick them up day of the event during operational hours.

    Hotel Accommodations

    Expo Americas has arranged for special pricing on rooms at the beautiful Westin Crown Center. Click hereto book your rooms now and avoid the hunt for parking and the drive home. Once the first day of festivities have drawn to a close, take a short stroll to your room and relax in the luxury and comfort that is the Westin Crown Center. The Westin Crown Center is conveniently located across the street from Union Station.

    Access Options

    Expo Americas will take place at Union Station Kansas City Missouri, in and around the entire property. We are very excited to be working with the wonderful people at Union Station and The National World War I Museum at Liberty Memorial, as it creates such a unique synergy for the program. There will be three entrances to Expo Americas, the main entrance located on the lower level of Union Station where the box office is located, Main and Pershing and Pershing at Union Stations Triangle lot. All locations will accept cash or credit and will be open from 11 am until one hour before the close of the event. Expo Americas grounds are wheelchair accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between the stages and exhibit areas. In addition, the outdoor music festival portion is situated to allow the park as a natural amphitheater. Therefore, travel is over natural terrain and some stairs however we will have accommodations for those individuals needing disability assistance. Disability parking spaces are located in the lower west apron of Union Station as well as a drop off for those individuals requiring a handicap drop off area. These spaces are reserved for vehicles displaying state-issued (any state) disability placards or license plates. Seating areas will be reserved for people with mobility limitations and one companion at the main stage. Please note that these areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible restrooms will be located throughout the concert site. Service animals trained to assist disabled persons will be allowed into the event.

    Food Options

    Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on-site. More information about the food vendors and options will be released in upcoming weeks.

    Security/Safety

    Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all Expo Americas attendees. To ensure this, there will be on-site security provided by local police and private security companies. If you’re experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate an event staff member, security guard, or police officer.

    Medical

    Emergency Care providers will be on-site to help you with any type of medical problem. If you need assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or event staff member.

    ATMs

    There will be a number of ATMs located at the festival. Their locations will be marked on the map you receive when you enter the site. What you are encouraged to bring to Expo Americas.

      • Sun Screen
      • One light-weight folding lawn chair per person
      • Blanket or beach towel for sitting
      • Personal cameras (i.e., small digital cameras or point-and-click 35mm cameras) – cameras with any type of detachable lenses are prohibited

    What You Can’t Bring

      • Weapons of any kind
      • Illegal substances
      • Framed or large backpacks
      • Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the festival)
      • Glass containers of ANY kind
      • Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles (except for Exhibitors)
      • Bicycles inside festival grounds (bike racks are available at Union Station)
      • Fireworks and explosives
      • Instruments and laser pointers
      • Umbrellas
      • Picnic baskets
      • Large or hard-sided coolers
      • Tents
      • Pets (except service dogs)
      • Video equipment – no video recording will be allowed
      • Audio recording equipment
      • No illegal vending is permitted – no unauthorized/unlicensed vendors or exhibitors allowed.
